We offer international shipping to over 190 countries and regions, with free delivery on orders over US$80.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Tracked postal delivery takes 2-14 days from dispatch.

All Fragrance/Scented products are available for 23 countries/regions shipping only: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Singapore, Spain, USA, United Kingdom. For unavailable countries, adding Fragrance/Scented products to the shopping cart may lead to order error/cancellation by the system.

We will not cover VAT claims. In the event that your order is charged taxes or other additional charges, you are responsible for all expense occurred, which is not refundable.

For orders shipped to European Union countries, customers will pay the applicable taxes during the checkout process, with the amount calculated according to local customs policies.

For orders shipped to Australia, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% will be applied at checkout, also calculated based on local customs policies.
